Description

  • Attendance Management: Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring accurate records and reports.
  • Quality Control: Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure performance targets and operational goals are met.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping them enhance their skills and achieve personal and professional growth.
  • People Management: Coordinate and support team activities, assist with scheduling, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Tasks: Use Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Assist in managing tasks through CRM systems to ensure effective communication and task execution.


Requirement

  • Proven experience in a leadership, coaching, or management role, ideally in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people at all levels.
  • College graduate of a related course such as BS in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar field.
