Description
- Attendance Management: Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring accurate records and reports.
- Quality Control: Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure performance targets and operational goals are met.
- Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping them enhance their skills and achieve personal and professional growth.
- People Management: Coordinate and support team activities, assist with scheduling, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Administrative Tasks: Use Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Assist in managing tasks through CRM systems to ensure effective communication and task execution.
Requirement
- Proven experience in a leadership, coaching, or management role, ideally in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people at all levels.
- College graduate of a related course such as BS in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar field.
