We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced caregiver to take care for 5-year-old child with Autism.

Working hours: Stay-in (12 hours, Monday - Saturday)

This is a stay-in position, with accommodations provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care focused on the child’s developmental needs
• Implement individualized learning strategies
• Assist with daily routines (feeding, bathing, dressing)
• Manage behavior with ASD-appropriate techniques
• Work closely with parents and therapists to follow a care plan
• Engage the child in sensory activities and social play

• Certification or training in Caregiving NC-II
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly
• Willingness to provide 12/6 stay-in care
