You will be responsible for configuring software systems for customers by their requirements.

This role involves collaborating closely with implementation managers and

consultants, customers, and software developers to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of software solutions.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in platform configuration for our software systems, including but not limited to, software configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems, based on customer specifications and project requirements.
• Partner with our API team to establish automation processes for customer data onto our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to document best practices for data configuration and database maintenance
• Develop understanding and navigation of clients' user interface to provide best practice recommendations to internal onboarding team

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Salesforce, Teamwork, and Utilization tracking tools
• Experience in the supply chain industry/ SaaS

• 1-2+ years experience with software configuration and/or set-up
• Process-oriented and organized
• Experience with Technical Documentation, creating processes from scratch.
