- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in technician support, quality audits, and B2B communication. Ability to conduct training and rehearsals effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee technical teams, manage quality assurance processes, coordinate training sessions, and ensure product standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for audits and client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and adaptability.
