The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media activities, develop engaging content, and implement strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and customer engagement.

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics, tailored to various social media platforms.
• Community Management: Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Campaign Management: Launch and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, to drive brand awareness and sales.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Content Creation: Strong skills in writing, graphic design, and video editing to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
