Forever Living Products Philippines, a global leader in wellness and beauty products, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media channels, creating impactful content, and implementing campaigns that align with the brand’s mission to promote health and beauty worldwide.

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to the wellness and beauty industry.
• Platform Management: Oversee and manage daily activities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive and interactive online community.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to promote new product launches, promotions, and events.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling visuals and content that resonate with the target audience.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Analytics Skills: Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and ROI.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
