Description

  • Conduct thorough site evaluations to assess and document site conditions for construction projects.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to compile site reports and provide insights for project planning.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and software to perform land surveying and topographical mapping.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and legal regulations throughout site survey processes.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors, contributing to Glasstron Corporation's commitment to excellence within the Construction & Engineering sector.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in surveying or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in costing, planning, and forecasting; solid surveying techniques; strong understanding of QA/QC processes; competent QA/QC engineer skills; valid driver's license with the ability to operate both 2 and 4 wheeled vehicles.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct site surveys, analyze data, prepare reports, collaborate with construction teams, and ensure compliance with legal and construction standards.
  • Working Conditions: Field and office environments, with potential exposure to varying weather conditions and site terrains. Some travel may be necessary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a team or autonomously.
