• Oversee daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, staff supervision, and workflow management.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
• Liaise with clients to determine their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement health and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials and tools.
• Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Drive team performance through effective leadership and coaching.

• Preferably from Automotive Industry
• Handling dealers, business development, customer service management.
• Car Required & Car conveyance available based on per km at 8 Peso while traveling to other locations than the work location
• It is day shift 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
• Any technical background and experience 5-6 years experience.
