The Service and Parts Manager is responsible for managing the dealership's service and parts department. This includes overseeing repairs, maintenance, parts inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction with service quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Establishes pricing parameters in each customer category that generate profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Create policies and guidelines for the department.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Monitor the scheduled service appointments.
• Manages the parts inventory, ordering and stocking parts as needed.
• Overseeing special orders
• Collaborating with Service Advisors to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Ensures that parts inventory turns (established #) times per year.
• Supervises stock order procedures.
• Sets and enforces a policy on the special ordering of parts. Ensures that stock orders represent at least (established %) percent of all orders.
• Analyzes sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
• Creates shipping and receiving policies to ensure on-time processing.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with warranty requirements.
• Supervise technicians and service advisors, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Monitor service department performance and implement improvements.
• Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues.

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledgeable in Hybrid or Electronic Vehicle System.
• Computer literate on MS office packages or Google Suite.
