Description
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly software interfaces
- Create both functional and appealing features that address our clients' needs and help grow our customer base.
- Implement design thinking and research strategies to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user-testing of applications, websites, and prototypes, providing analysis and fixes for issues.
- Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- Balance user needs with business goals to deliver intuitive experiences that "make complex systems simple."
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in game design, user interface design, proficiency with design software and wireframe tools, understanding of interaction design principles.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop UI/UX for games and applications, create user-centric designs, collaborate with team members, conduct user research, and optimize designs for a better user experience.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position, team collaboration, potentially working with cross-functional teams, possibility of tight deadlines requiring overtime work.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, user empathy, adaptability to new tools and technologies, ability to accept and integrate feedback, team player.
