The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. He/she will play a critical role in analyzing key customer journeys of the client's web and mobile applications, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to improve the overall customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer journeys in the client's web and mobile applications to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
• Translate product requirements into functional specifications/user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams in Jira software and Confluence.
• Utilize tools such as Lucidchart and Figma to create process diagrams, mockups, wireframes, and product prototypes.
• Utilize SQL queries to analyze data and identify trends in customer journeys to form new product requirements.
• Work closely with the product owner to ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap.
• Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or a Software Developer
• Previous experience working in a startup company is a must.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically in Scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A master in business analysis and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, and Figma.
• Experience with SQL queries for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Jira software and Confluence.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.
