• Cost data accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of cost data and its transposition into business reporting and cost systems 
• Cost reporting: Serving as the main point of contact for cost reporting and intelligence 
• Cost forecasts: Producing and maintaining accurate cost forecasts 
• Project controls: Supporting the project controls manager in the implementation and maintenance of project controls processes for cost 
• Cost estimates: Reviewing the acceptance and integration of cost estimates and forecasts provided by suppliers and contractors 
• Cost advice: Providing expert professional advice on client infrastructure costs to stakeholders 
• Cost comparisons: Preparing and examining comparisons of cost data, quantities, and scope between projects 
• Productivity analysis: Performing productivity analysis of construction operations and verifying results 
• Labor estimates: Reviewing labor estimates for reasonableness 
• Pricing structure: Coordinating the pricing structure or criteria to be used by each specialty or discipline 

1. Updating with the most recent estimating techniques and procedures
2. Prepare work schedule /S-curve for a given project
3. With experience in midrise or high rise building construction estimate

SENIOR COST ENGINEER - MID/HIGH RISE

 Graduate of Civil Engineering

 With at least 4 years of related work experience

 With exposure to cost estimates and scheduling

 Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and MS Office

 Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main office

SALARY RANGE: 30K – 35K
