A Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to sales teams, aimed at improving their skills, knowledge, and overall performance. They assess the needs of the sales team, create customized training materials, and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective communication strategies. The Sales Trainer also evaluates the success of training programs, provides ongoing support and coaching, and collaborates with sales managers to ensure training objectives align with company goals. • A minimum of a college-level education or its equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, with a strong background in developing and delivering training programs tailored to sales teams.
• Expertise in identifying training needs, creating effective learning materials, and facilitating both group and individual training sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess sales team performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• A solid understanding of sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer relationship management, with the ability to impart this knowledge effectively to team members.
