Description
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for Elite Headhunting's recruitment teams.
- Incorporate industry-specific insights to enhance consultants' effectiveness in headhunting and client acquisition.
- Implement strategies to boost team performance and KPI achievement.
- Assess training needs, provide ongoing coaching, and support the continuous development of our staff.
- Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends to ensure our teams are leaders in the market.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or a related discipline.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in leadership development, public speaking, and the ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Developing sales training programs, delivering training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training, and providing coaching to sales staff.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel required for on-site training sessions.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, a motivational attitude, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
