Description

The Product Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing training programs for internal employees, field force staff, and service centers. They also create presentations and educational materials to support retail in-store requirements.


  • Responsible for managing and establishing the company Training Team under the Marketing Department.
  • Organizing and conducting training courses for internal divisions: field forces, service centers, etc. this includes localization of product trainings for better understanding.
  • Certification of newly hired promoters.
  • Supporting Product & Sales teams with all necessary product information training
  • Conduct research and analysis on competing products and brands to be used for enhancing product training modules as well as to improve Field Force’s selling capabilities.
  • Facilitate the sales training of key products by overseeing and executing projects and specialized training initiatives, including the identification and documentation of exemplary cases, innovative ideas, and hands-on training sessions with our products as well as those of competitors. Ensure timely completion and submission of all related tasks.
  • Evaluating Field Force – this includes results from sellout performance (Promoters/Merchandizers) performance to gauging where skills are lacking
  • Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials
  • Preparing and monitoring all training reports.
  • Willing to go to nearby stores within the area for one-on-one training if necessary


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be fluent in both English and Filipino Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience in Product Training
  • Experience in Home Appliance/competitor brands is a requirement
  • Advanced communication & organizational skills
  • High adaptability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
