Description

  • Help clients buy, sell, rent, or lease properties.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
  • Create and manage property listings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide follow-up support after transactions.
  • Keep records of transactions and client interactions.
  • Prepare contracts and necessary documents.
  • Seek new business opportunities and clients.
  • Attend industry events to expand the network.
  • Follow real estate laws and regulations.
  • Maintain high professional standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Participate in training to improve skills.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and training
  • Willing to work in Silang, Cavite
  • Salary to be discussed during interview
