Description

  • Represent ARTJOHNLEY Enterprises in the retail space, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, providing detailed reports on sales activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new products to enhance sales potential.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify market opportunities and strategize accordingly.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to a CRM system like Salesforce.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proven negotiation and sales management skills.
    • Strong relationship-building ability.
    • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to tackle issues with creative problem solving.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Develop and maintain client relationships.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services.
    • Analyze market's potential and track sales.
    • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
  • Working Conditions: This role may require travel and the ability to work flexible hours.
