We are looking for a Sales and Leasing Operations Executive to support our sales operations and manage our accounts.

* Communicating with clients, making sure they have up-to-date information about their properties

* Preparing correspondence, answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, client viewings among sales team and other parties

* Managing files, records, reports and database

* Preparing listings from site visit, gathering necessary info and posting in differenr platforms

* Assisting with closing and documentation, turnover, move-in and move-out

* Organizing marketing campaigns, online and offline

* Performing other duties as assigned

* College degree (any course); fresh graduates welcome

* Good communication skills, both verbal and written

* Computer, internet proficiency; digital marketing proficiency a plus

* Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part ofna team

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

* Strong relationship and leadership skills
