Description
- Develop and maintain IT systems and networks to support recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Manage data security and integrity to ensure client and candidate confidentiality.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on IT tools.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer usage, strong communication skills, hardware knowledge, adept with Adobe Suite, and graphic design expertise.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage IT tasks, design graphics, support hardware needs, and collaborate on projects.
