Job Summary:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
• Developing strategies to meet the planned goals
• Setting individual targets with the sales team, compare performance to goals and calibrate sales personnel to meet actual and adjusted goals
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Understand ideal clients and how they relate to the products
• Study the market share, market leads and strategize the operations of the sales team based on the study
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the Top Management
