Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with key business clients. Your expertise in B2B sales and familiarity with the fuel, oil, or logistics industries will be crucial in identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fuel, oil, or logistics sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to refine sales approaches and strategies.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Analyze sales data to identify patterns, measure success, and adjust strategies as needed.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fuel, oil, or logistics industries.
  • Automotive Lubricants: Experience with automotive lubricants is a significant plus.
  • Network: Established network within the industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fuel, oil, or logistics sectors, and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
