- Represent East Lane Corporation as a Medical Sales professional, fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers in the supply chain industry.
- Drive sales by showcasing cutting-edge medical supplies and demonstrating value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to advise clients accurately.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a medical sales or pharmaceutical sales role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in product management, strong collaboration abilities, excellent communication skills, and high-quality customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, manage product portfolio, meet sales targets, and maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Field-based role requiring travel, occasional irregular hours, and adaptability to different working environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, empathetic with strong ethical standards, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
