Description
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pooling sample market.
- Actively seek out new clients in [target industries, e.g., pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, etc.] and educate them on the benefits of pooling sample services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to new client acquisition, sample orders, and revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized pooling sample solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sample Pooling & Logistics:
- Oversee the collection, distribution, and tracking of product or service samples for clients.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and sampling accuracy.
- Manage inventory of sample products and ensure quality control measures are met.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and sample transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager or business development team.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to pooling samples.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer requirements to help shape product offerings and service strategies.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales (experience in pooling samples or related industries is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and sample handling processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
