Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to upper management.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements in all sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Must have experience in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to be deployed in Cainta, Rizal.
