Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the LPG industry.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, key achievements, and areas of concern.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the LPG industry or a related field.
Deep knowledge of the LPG industry, including understanding of supply chains, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and market research.
