Description

  • Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analyze client or guests rating reports / questionnaires.
  • Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytic, etc.).
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Competent in carrying out any administrative assignments provided by the company.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Marketing or any Business-related course.
  • With experience in real estate industry.
  • Have a good oral communication skill.
  • Highly adaptive, passionate, and a team player.
  • Quick thinker and creative.
  • Impressive negotiation skills
