Description

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.

● At least 1 to 2 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role.

● Proven ability to plan and execute marketing promotions, both in store and nationwide.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with operations and store teams.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance.

● Ability to travel regularly for store visits and campaign monitoring.

● Amenable to work on-site at BGC, Taguig.

● Not more than 30 years old.

● Can start ASAP.

Requirements

● Plan and execute in-store promotions and nationwide marketing campaigns to

drive sales and customer engagement.

● Develop creative concepts and strategies for retail promotions that align with brand objectives.

● Work closely with the operations team to implement local store marketing initiatives and nationwide campaigns.

● Coordinate with store managers to ensure the proper implementation of promotions and marketing activities.

● Schedule regular store visits to ensure branding uniformity and address any store improvement needs.

● Monitor and analyze the performance of retail promotions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

● Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing-related graphics are of high quality and posted in a timely manner.

● Ensure that store branding is consistent across all locations and in line with the company’s standards.
