Description

1. Optimize Administrative Processes:

  • Serve as an internal resource for coordinating with various GCash support teams (Onboarding, Wallet Creation, Sales Team, etc.) to onboard new and additional partners.
  • Track the submission and completion of onboarding documents, following up with partners on any missing requirements.


2. Customer Onboarding Assistance:

  • Act as a bridge between AMs, Onboarding, and the Partner to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Communicate with partners and AMs regarding the status of submitted documents, including callouts for incomplete submissions.


3. Voucher Execution Support:

  • Provide end-to-end assistance for voucher execution, including manual seeding processes.
  • File and monitor the completion of funding requests, budget ID creation, and fund reversals to partners' wallets.


4. Finance and Payment Processing:

  • Handle finance-related tasks such as processing payment requests and filing relevant documentation.
  • Escalate and track the resolution of issues concerning settlement, billing, refunds, and non-payment.


5. Legal Help Desk Responsibilities:

  • Route contracts to the appropriate reviewing teams (MISG, Compliance, Infosec, etc.) for approval.
  • File legal request forms and monitor the contract approval process to ensure timely completion within the agreed SLA.


6. Issue Resolution and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the CXM team to resolve escalated issues within the agreed SLA.
  • Monitor outstanding issues, providing timely updates to AMs and partners until resolution is achieved.


7. Logistical Support for Events and Training:

  • Coordinate logistics for partner training sessions, such as Scan-to-Pay QR and Power Pay Plus, including scheduling and requests.
  • Track and update the status of kitting and delivery for Scan-to-Pay QR kits.


8. Process and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure document submissions comply with GCash's internal processes and policies.
  • Maintain updated partner records and adhere to all regulatory and operational standards.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
  • With understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
  • Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Data entry skills for accurately updating customer records.
  • Good with excel or sheets, basic PowerPoint/ google slide knowledge
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • English proficient (for email replies, with reliable and stable Wi-Fi at home)
  • Collaborative, detail oriented, problem solver, and team player
  • Amenable to report on-site 2x a week in BGC, Taguig
