Description
- Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified customer account(s).
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers within the construction and engineering sectors to understand and fulfill account needs.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers at the TEMPWELL COMPANY.
- Maintain and grow sales within your territory, and achieve targeted sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure superior service delivery to clients.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, less than 1 year of experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales management, fluent in English, excellent communication skills, adept in customer relationship management, and capable of effective teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generate new accounts, maintain relationships with clients, meet sales targets, and collaborate with sales team to strategize on new opportunities.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential for remote work; some travel may be required for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, performance-driven, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
