Description

Innovertek Enterprises, a leader in the Construction & Engineering sector, is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and support to staff on safety practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending improvements.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level opportunities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCad and CAD, along with strong procurement knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct safety audits, develop safety protocols, provide training on health and safety practices, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional site visits, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in a team environment.
