Description
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and legal requirements.
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
- Monitor the implementation of safety plans according to company goals and legal requirements.
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.
- Conduct training and presentations on health and safety matters and accident prevention.
Requirements
- A graduate of any course.
- With experience as Safety Officer for project sites is an advantage.
- Must have a COSH Certificate.
- Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
