1. Process Returns

• Leads the processing and allocation of available repaired mainboards from BRC (Board Repair Center) of returned materials.
• Facilitates the development of return policies and warranty requirements.
• Inspects returned products to determine their condition and appropriate next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).
• Communicate with customers to provide return instructions, status updates, and resolutions for any issues

2. Compliance and Documentation

• Receives, reviews, and enters return requests of defective parts in CSS.
• Supports the supply chain by monitoring the financial impact of returned materials

1. Bachelor's degree in any field or college level.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in customer service, logistics, or inventory management.
3. Background in warehousing or inventory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Must have strong interpersonal relations skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
5. Ability to analyze return data, identify trends, and solve problems related to returns and inventory.
6. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
