Description
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Experience Level: at least 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service. Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply as long as you meet the other qualifications.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in sales and customer management
- Ability to demonstrate strong sales techniques and product knowledge
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Responsibilities and Duties:Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them with purchases
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store profitability
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management
- Maintain presentation of sales floor, products, signage, and displays
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with standard retail hours, including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
