A sales associate's job is to help customers find products and services, and to provide excellent customer service. Their responsibilities may include: 

• Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing information on products 
• Sales: Achieving sales goals, upselling, and cross-selling products 
• Inventory: Checking and maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, and receiving merchandise 
• Transactions: Processing payments, returns, and exchanges 
• Store presentation: Keeping the store clean and organized, and creating displays 
• Customer relationships: Developing relationships with customers, asking for referrals, and resolving complaints 

• Bachelor's degree or Senior High School
• With at least 1 year experience in sales (showroom/physical store)
• Experienced in construction industry is an advantage
