Description

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting sticker designs, sizes, and materials that meet their needs.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our sticker printing services, including customization options and pricing.

Sales Support: Process orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels and assist in organizing the display of products.

Promotions: Inform customers about ongoing promotions and encourage upselling of products and services.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or retail is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and computer literacy, customer service oriented, and ability to work POS systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and assist customers, conduct sales transactions, maintain store cleanliness and product displays, manage inventory, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly and approachable personality, proactive, team player, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or printing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
