Job Title: Restaurant Worker

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the fast-food industry with brands such as KFC, Jollibee, or McDonald’s, and is knowledgeable in Profit & Loss (P&L) management. The candidate should be a male between the ages of 25-35 years old and have a strong understanding of daily restaurant operations and financial control.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers by taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Food Preparation: Follow recipes and restaurant standards to prepare high-quality food efficiently and safely.
• Profit & Loss Management: Monitor and manage daily operational costs, including inventory and waste control, to maximize profitability.
• Order Processing: Accurately take and fulfill orders in a timely manner, maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain smooth operations, support peak times, and ensure high standards of service.
• Inventory Control: Assist in tracking stock levels, replenishing supplies, and managing inventory to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure the restaurant and kitchen areas are kept clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with regular maintenance and cleaning.

Working Hours: 8 hrs
