Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in operations management, cost management, and inventory control, complemented by a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain financial targets.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
