Human Resource Specialist
Job Description
Description
- Manage the data and records of all employees.
- Liaise with the recruitment team and audit pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct daily and monthly reports on all employee movements (onboarding, transfer, and offboarding).
- Assist in all back-end tasks concerning the employee life cycle.
Requirement
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist.
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- Strong communication skills and experience in report writing. Excellent management skills and the courage to execute.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Windows operating system, Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
