Description
- Manage the data and records of all employees.
- Liaise with the recruitment team and audit pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct daily and monthly reports on all employee movements (onboarding, transfer, and offboarding).
- Assist in all back-end tasks concerning the employee life cycle.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years experience as 人力资源专员 (Human Resource Specialist)
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in Chinese (中文) and English (英语).
- Strong communication skills and experience in making reports. Excellent management skills and courage in execution.
- Have strong computer skills: such as Windows operating system, Excel, Microsoft word, etc.
