Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in relationship management or credit analysis
Skills and Competencies: Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and strengthen client relationships, assess client creditworthiness, develop financial strategies, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to meet clients, standard business hours with potential for overtime during peak periods
