Description
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with top Mandarin-speaking clients and representatives
- Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement, and campaign participation to maximize growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders such as Mandarin-speaking clients to communicate key progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
- Evaluate, forecast, and track key account metrics
- Provided in-depth insight on assigned clients to project managers and team leads to execute strategies aligned with the project goals.
- Prepare status reports on multiple accounts
Requirement
- Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local Mandarin-speaking clients and other stakeholders
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management is preferred
- Candidates with less than 1year of experience are welcome to apply
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
- Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible to conduct seller visits in different locations
- Experience in the e-commerce or advertising industry is a plus
