Description

Responsible for leading merchants acquiring and managing relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving organic growth, and maintaining efficient sales operations within the established limits.


  • Responsible for the portfolio NPV growth by delivering numerous merchant acquisitions.
  • Implements strategic plans for new programs and creates design solutions in acquiring, growing, and retaining business.
  • Problem resolution, including escalation of issues to the correct and appropriate departments.
  • Ensures merchant metrics are generated, data is accurate and reporting deadlines are met on time.
  • Manages and leads people toward their goals and objectives to ensure career growth development.
  • Works closely with Bank referral partners, Sales Support Onboarding Team, Pre-sales, Product,
  • Marketing, and Operations, Technical Unit to facilitate seamless client on-boarding process.
  • Works with clients to develop and create programs aligned with existing portfolios.
  • Ensures client renewals and loyalty.
  • Identifies and prioritizes resources and efforts based on calculated risks, growth opportunities, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.
  • Identifies and anticipates potential issues within the accounts ahead of time and works with all concerned departments to deliver timely and effective action to resolve them.
  • Develops and executes online payment programs and resolves pain points for both internal and external clients. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field is required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience in relationship management, customer service, or sales within the relevant industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients or customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer management tools is a plus.
