Matex Planetary Drive International Inc.' is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Calamba City Laguna. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative mechanical engineering solutions that drive the success of our global organization.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect completed mechanical installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance.
• Prepares appropriate labels/signages on mechanical equipment.
• Review and check mechanical as-built plans for compliance with the Philippine Standards and government requirements.
• Responsible for keeping Building Plans and related documents.
• Assists Facilities Maintenance Section by monitoring mechanical works to ensure compliance with Mechanical Safety Standards.
• Consult Superior that pertains to a non-conforming issues/audit findings related to mechanical safety.
• Prepares data report on all mechanical changes.
• Prepares data report of all ACU's history and service report.
• Monitors and prepares data report of all Facilities Projects.
• Prepares procedure/s on mechanical safety.
• Receive and implement of corrective action to orders issued by Department of Labor and PEZA inspector.
• Monitor contractor/s working inside company premises.
• Assess and prepares Purchase Request of the materials needed for the Admin projects.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Proficiency in designing, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as CAD.

• Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in design, testing, and manufacturing processes, collaborate on projects.
