Functional Testing

Description

  • Testing of new molds before use in ProductionEstablishment of Molding Documents for new products (Molding Specification, Procedure and etc.)Conducts mold inspection for new mold and quarterly check-up of existing moldsAssists on Mold Repair/MaintenanceHandles Mold Spare Parts InventoryHandles Mold Control (Storage, Inventory and etc.)Initiate projects/Kaizen that will benefit the company especially moldingConducts monitoring of F-cost top contributor itemAnalyzes the root cause of the Quality Issues encountered on F-cost top contributors itemMonitoring of 5M (Man, Material, Machine, Mold, Method) for encountered abnormal conditions and changepoints (intentional or unintentional) during production.Recommendation and evaluation of corrective and/or preventive actions for problems encountered and giving of support for implementation by process owners.Follow company rules and regulations, and practice the company's best practices (5S, Horenso, Yokoten, Kaizen, etc.).

    • Requirement

    • Graduate of either Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
    • Possesses work experience of at least 2-3 years in manufacturing setup.Has knowledge in 5M (Material, Manpower, Method, Machine, Mold)
    • Has knowledge in the mechanism how the defects are produced.
    • Computer literate.Open for improvement.
    • Willing to render long hours of work.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors.
