Description
- Inspects, tests and evaluates incoming new production machines and equipment.
- Prepares maintenance schedule for all the machine and equipment all throughout the year.
- Makes sure that the maintenance is completely performed and well documented.
- Updates machine and equipment working status.
- Handles the issuance and revision of programs for equipment used by production for their inspection process.
- Participates in group or quality meetings (i.e. market claims or internal claims)
- Provides analysis and disposition of machine’s trouble report.
- Processes temporary countermeasures for broken or damaged equipment.
- Prepares spare parts and auxiliary item requests each month for production use.
- Prepares and updates the machine cookbook which consists of equipment troubleshooting procedures.
- Discuss to the production the proper use of machine and equipment.
Requirement
- Requires knowledge of electronic equipment used in the production area. Have initiative in performing assigned tasks.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Requires College Graduate
- Preferably with experience in a related field but not required
