We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mass hiring and volume recruitment, preferably with experience in a manpower agency environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring processes, ensuring timely placement of candidates, and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for various positions.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

• Outsourcing Recruitment: Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support talent acquisition needs and ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
• Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.

• Experience: Proven experience in mass hiring or volume recruitment, ideally in a manpower agency setting
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring needs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to use various recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
