We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding top talent. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offering stage
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications for all open positions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and skill requirements
• Manage candidate databases and keep track of interview feedback
• Conduct reference checks, and background screenings, and handle the offer negotiation process
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings
• Stay updated on the latest hiring trends and recruitment best practices
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
