Description

Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles within the construction and engineering sectors for MMC Constructions Incorporated.
Identify and source potential candidates using various tools and platforms.
Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities.
Maintain a pulse on industry trends to inform recruitment practices.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with MMC Constructions’ ethos.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required. Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred.
Experience Level: No previous experience required, but experience in recruitment and human resources is a plus.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, excellent verbal and written communication, adept at social recruitment strategies, computer literacy, strong candidate screening abilities, and solid interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage full recruitment cycle, develop job postings, source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and work towards meeting hiring quotas.
Working Conditions: Office-based, Mondays to Saturdays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
