• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Attends recruitment events such as Job Fairs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

·      At least 1 year experience in Recruitment or HR

·      Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.

·      Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

·      Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·     High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
