Description

We are actively seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking individual to join our team as a Human Resource Supervisor. This key role involves overseeing the human resource functions, managing a dedicated HR team, utilizing HRIS in the ERP system, and handling additional tasks assigned by top management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture, implementing HR policies, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Management: 

Oversee and lead the HR team in executing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Provide guidance to HR staff on complex personnel matters.


Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Facilitate professional development and growth opportunities for HR staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and address any HR-related challenges.


HRIS Utilization via ERP:

Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient management of employee records, payroll, and benefits administration. Generate reports to analyze HR metrics, track trends, and identify areas for improvement. Provide training to HR staff on the effective use of HRIS functionalities.


Talent Acquisition: 

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the timely filling of open positions with qualified candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.


Employee Engagement: 

Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to gather feedback and address concerns.


Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


HR Policy Development:

Ensure that company policies are strictly implemented. Creation of policies reviewed and approved by the Top Management.


Collaborate with top management to develop and update HR policies that align with legal requirements and organizational values. Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.

 

Task Management: 

Prioritize and organize daily tasks to meet operational HR objectives. Handle additional tasks assigned by top management related to HR, talent management, or organizational development.

 

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR department. Implement best practices and technological solutions to enhance HR efficiency.


 

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.


  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.


  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR management software.


  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


  • Proactive attitude and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


  • Willingness to take on additional tasks assigned by top management.
