Description

  • Face of the organization, professionalism, discretion, and a neat appearance is important.
  • Answer visitors' questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
  • Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.


Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • 20 – 25 years old
  • With a pleasing personality and a good appearance is a must
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries and providing assistance to visitors
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain efficient office operation
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and fax machines as well as computer skills (words., emails, etc.,)
